We spent 10 days in Cebit. Personally, I didn't have the opportunity before to work or see such a huge event about Digital industry.
I learned a lot of things. From now on I will have a lot of interest in digital field. I mean I already have a lot of digital tools, but now I will focus on the future and be in the position of an aware consumer. I think it will be very beneficial in my movie and music jobs. I will be synchronized with the evolution of the market and new technologies. Until now I was using new technologies with a more or less big delay.
To be on the move is very important for me. To not do and redo things that have been done, and sometimes, done very well, moreover a long time ago…
And we can understand that what we talked about, nowadays, about new technologies etc…it's just what CeBIT is about. I feel that this event represents perfectly our modern world.
Sometimes, some vocabulary which we don't know the real meaning of, in CeBIT, a common vocabulary we should know…because they are already working for the next step. So if we don't understand the background it's hard to try to figure out all those digital things.
But, if you think you are late about the use and reasons of new technologies, CeBIT is a good opportunity to get education with deep explanations and examples tests of products. Like this, we can materialize what does not really exist: digital.
And we can understand how much the digital movement, that changes and will change more and more our life, is big. You just have to walk through the CeBIT. Huge halls everywhere. We cannot even understand why do we need so many halls like this? What is different between them? As a consumer, we cannot imagine how big the digital world is, and how many people are working in this field. The field that changes our contemporary lives actually…
I was also very impressed about the system that allows young students to work during the CeBIT. It's a very concrete approach of the world. They can have a work experience registering to Fair People (in the case of Samsung). I guess there are a lot of companies like that; while in France we do internship until 70 years old, without even being paid for lunch breaks. It's a good chance to work in another place, in a country, even adjacent. We can get more distance to understand and watch his native country, even among European countries. There are sometimes slight differences, sometimes huge differences…Each country has its own atmosphere…
